Are you a teen passionate about writing, design, and environmental conservation?
Idlewild Green Gazette, is a free 6-week summer program designed for teens ages 13 to 17! Participants will be given the unique opportunity to become published science journalists by researching and writing original environmental articles on climate, wildlife, and sustainability. Throughout the program, teens will collaborate with their peers to design a digital newsletter, gain hands-on experience in science communication, and share their voices on crucial environmental issues.

Dates: July 7th – August 13th (Applications Closed)
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Idlewild Environmental Center (222-02 149th Ave., Springfield Gardens, NY 11413)
